Community Changes Everything.
Supporting Seniors Across Maine Through Connection, Community, and Care
Senior Health Alliance (SHA), founded by seniors in Portland, Maine, is dedicated to reducing loneliness and isolation by creating meaningful social connections, cultural exchanges, and community opportunities for older adults.
Founded by Seniors, For Seniors
In 2023, a group of seniors in Portland, ME united to address a growing challenge: the increasing loneliness, social isolation, and emotional hardship faced by older adults.
